Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR):

NBP Electric can perform an in-depth electrical condition report on your electrical installation. This could be for a number of reasons.

- Selling/Buying Property.

- Change of occupancy.

- Insurance Purposes.

- Date of next inspection due.

Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate:

On most alterations to an electrical circuit, a minor works certificate will be issued by NBP Electric for you to keep as a record to show that the completed work complies with the current wiring regulation and meets the industry standard.

As a registered Stroma installer our work is certified and submitted to local building control by Stroma who is a government-approved Part P and competent persons backed scheme. We have undergone strict on-site assessments and vetting procedures to be able to be considered a registered installer. On top of our certification and test forms, Stroma gives customers a 6 year guarantee themselves on all our installation work.
