Landlord electrical certificates are also one of our main areas of expertise which are issued when we carry out a Landlord safety inspection.
Our domestic property rewiring service involves thorough testing of existing fixed wiring to ensure that everything is in good working condition. With the introduction of Part P Building Regulation and 17th Edition Wiring Regulations there are many new rules and regulations to comply with to increase the safety of electricity in the home. With this being the case we provide our customers with all relevant paperwork including certificates and inspection and test documents.
